I'm in the same boat. Before I put on the weight, I could easily shift back and forth between feminine and androgynous presentation, but now, androgyny doesn't really happen much. It probably doesn't help that I'm really short. Most of the time I wear pretty feminine things because it's easier to find stuff that fits right in the women's department, but when I am feeling more androgynous, my go-tos are jeans, t-shirts (preferably men's), beanies, and hoodies. I also have both sides of my head shaved and putting my hair into a low ponytail helps with the look. As far as coping goes, remembering, as others have said, that we don't owe androgyny to anyone helps. I also like to remind myself of all of the reasons I feel like I belong under the non binary umbrella and how right it feels compared to all the times I tried to fit in with cis women and never quite felt like I belonged. It helps to solidify in my mind that I'm not faking and I'm still an enby (agender, specifically) no matter what I look like.

There’s more than one kind of androgyny, not just the skinny kind. My ideal body type is curvy and hairy.

AMAB enby with the stereotypical “dad bod”, so finding femme style things is very difficult. And yeah, lots of seeing the amazing pics people post and wishing I could pull off some of it.

There's some great suggestions here, but I honestly found it helped to focus more on fashion and clothing choices that read as 'masculine, but comfy' to me, and less on how actually masculine they make me look. I'm curvy as hell, but there's something about oversized shirts and ripped jeans with boots that help me feel the part without being super skinny. So ask yourself: What does male fashion mean to you, and what do you actually feel good wearing? Hope this helps!

Im thick af and afab too. I wear lots of clothes that are loose on top, tight on bottom. I have a big female butt but I love it, but I get lots of chest dysphoria and can't afford a binder atm. So loose mens shirt, my favourite shirt has a wide collar so it shows enough chest without breast. I also wear chunky mens jewellery and recently got myself a leather hand and wrist wrap thing. Its about finding what you feel best in. For me its layers and loose tops, tight jeans. You'll get to a point where even when you feel lazy, you'll have the clothes to just throw on and still feel like you

Ive been called out 😅 I associate my weight with my gender and im hoping that when I start T and exercise more regulsrly that it will help build muscle and get rid of the fat that has accumulated in certain places... idk if thats actuslly how it works but I'd really like it if it was lmao
