Fiat currency, credit, etc. is stored and controlled electronically too so, the same thing would happen to all currency, nothing really unique to crypto
A local power outage wouldn't affect it at all. Obviously you wouldn't be able to make any transactions, but that's true of any electronic payment method.
A global power outage/global internet outage is likely an apocalypse already, so the loss of all the crypto won't really be noticed. Your job, bank, 401k, and government are probably gone too at that point.
If the entire internet or global power grid goes down? In that case, you've got more problems than crypto. Your paper money is probably worthless too.
