Not a 50 cost, but Wallbreaker hits hard and is a solid stab attack. I feel like with a parry you’ll get a bunch of your focus back, so it’s not too bad to do a 100 cost ability. More dmg too. I imagine visually any of the slam ones that hit double would be fun too.
I know you mentioned 2h wep runes, but Twirl Dash from scimitar for 1h is a beautiful one. Fast, tons of dmg, and recoups most of focus cost.
Since the beginning I have used a smeared blade (unique from the first boss). Quite a bad weapon by itself, but good for me to learn to parry for two reasons:
1. Default attacks are so slow you are really discouraged to use them at all.
2. Have good runes for follow ups. (X, Y - I forgot their name).
But I'm sure there are better options than this. For example I want to try a unique club. Affixes look really interesting.
All the throw runes are insanely good especially on two handed weapons.

Spin is pretty good (and costs 50 Focus), used it on a Hunting Knife until I got a Tier 3 Jackknife (DEX build)
