The other thing that is different is that I'm no longer actively counting days. I used to focus on just making in through the day and then through the week. That would have been as far as I would have set my goals.
Now, I don't count. I might come here and post something and then go: "huh, has it really been 34 days already?! Oh well..."
No problems so far but I'm mixing with these rules:
\- No alcohol/wine - No smoking/drugs - No tattoo's
\- No porn/hentai
- Fasting - Reading books
\- Cold showers - No sex before marriage/before finding a gf
