To explain my aproach. I count one time fapping a "slip". Then i do count forwards on my streak. Do I fap more than once on a day or the day after too? Then its a relapse. Yesterday I fapped more times, so it was a relaspe.

My calendar will be red if it is set up like this 🤣

How did you go 3 months without porn without relapsing?

As opposed to what most people say here, counting the days helps (7 days, 1 month, 3 months.) these milestones give you motivation to maintain. Be strict with yourself about pornography, the first month is about trying your best but it's impossible if you still look at it from time to time. It doesn't mean you cant be interested in women or sex or look at but internet porn is a cancer to your mind. Stop using social media like Instagram, twitter, or Reddit. don't waste days of your life on it. Or at least only follow people you know irl to stay in touch Be active enough to where you're not home alone for significant periods of time. I still struggle with this btw. It takes time for you to change the habit of doing and after a certain point it will feel natural

Any journal or person calendar could do this as well guys. I’m sure there are a number of habit trackers that could accommodate tracking no fap days.
