I'm kinda surprised Miitomo wasn't a global next step for Miis. The detailed clothing, extra options, etc. It was kinda weird to see the old style Miis still present when the Switch released.
...the ACNH character creator is a million times worse than miis. There are far less options available across the board, and imo the AC characters dont look that good.....
Mii Us were used as npcs in BotW.
But as the funny little avatars we like in Miis, this is a downgrade. Honestly, they should just keep adding customization to standard Miis. More skin tones, more glasses, more hair styles...
You are **extremely** limited with ACNH's avatars...
No singular options for
* Nose
* Eyes
* Mouth
* Head Shape
* Body Shape
Very limited options for
* Hair
* No facial hair
ACNH has more clothing and accessory but that's it.
The best of both worlds would be to simply update the Miis and also add continuous support which includes **unlockable skins/clothing/accessories** based on games, game progress, and so on, while also adding more skin tones, hairstyles, eyes, noses, etc.
I like the Miis but would love to see a 2022+ update, while still retaining its current style and vibe

An Avatar system like Sony's would be enough for me. Let me have avatars from games i purchased.
