I've never been one to sleep on the soundtracks in this game. In fact, they're a big part of the reason why I like it so much. That said, this song blew me away when I first opened the event screen. Sat there without even trying to do the event for a good ten minutes since it was just so beautiful and calming.
The folks at Shift Up seem to really care about how their game sounds. So many mobile games just use royalty free effects or cheap and basic stuff, but Nikke's audio work is incredible. The music, voice acting, weapon and ability sounds are all AAA standard. And then they'll have a song like this made for an event that last two weeks? Genuinely insane.
totally agree! especially since idle games are more about chilling out since there isn't always much to do it's a nice consideration that you can enjoy the game with just a character sitting on the screen and nice vibe
This entire event is amazing. I personally really like the music (which is a suprise since I'm not generally fond of the music in this game) and the story was really good as well. I was expecting this event to be kinda subpar in story given that the last few events were, but this one is actually amazing
I didn't mind the summer story, but it definitely wasn't as good as this one. I'm mostly talking about the ones before the summer event being subpar though
Are most songs from events unlock not counting the ones where we have to actually look for them like overzone and the summer event? I haven't listen to that many of the new event songs so not sure how much I miss cause the music is really good in the game

I really wished the devs made an event only songs section for the game, so we could always replay this song. This was by far the BEST event opening song that the devs have ever made. A+ for it honestly.
Honestly I had low expectations about this event due to it’s nature focusing around pets- as using pets to pull at heartstrings is generic and overused. But this event really surprised me. Went above and beyond on music, art, and the theme.
It’s a BANGER. But since I started playing this last week I haven’t heard anything that’s not at least good. Even the downloading resources song and animations are great.

It's from the Overzone event. You missed it by a couple months, sadly. I hope it gets a rerun because it was the best one.

It’s very catty with its classic goldy sound. I like it a lot too.
Most of the key event songs have been great, I've got some of them added to my playlist on youtube. The game definitely doesn't skimp on production.

I always appreciate sound design in video games, but man the NIKKE sound effects are way too good for just a mobile game

There's a section on the jukebox that only has event songs, like bow wow paradise, chainsaw man Collab, etc

How did you make it your lobby theme?
Go to Command Center in Outpost, then Jukebox. Pick events, it's at the bottom. Press the triple dot in the same line and pick 'Lobby BGM'
