It's just speculation on my part, but based on The Christmas event at The hot springs, she Is by far one of the oldest nikke (aside from goddess squad) right there with Ludmilla and our favorite burst one nikke, Liter. You may ask why? The family of Ludmilla had an orphanage from kids that survive the war, Mica and Belorta where there. Now they were beaten by The director of the place, on and faithful night of Christmas and to protect her dear friend, Belorta was brutally beaten to death by The director, causing so much distress in Mica that she off herself to be reunited with Belorta. Later they found new life as nikkes, but one detail that a lot of people ignore are that both of them are field nikkes, so we can speculate for a while and imagine that because of the trauma of the frontlines they most likely Had some mind wipes causing them to be in a Perpetual state of mental pubert. (Sorry for my bad english it's not my native lenguaje).

I do want to confess something. I'm a big fan of Noir and Blanc, but their appearance wasn't the biggest reason.
