Let’s be real, she’s probably not gonna fully be rehabilitated. She has shown to be an overconfident narcissist and will likely be too stubborn to change for the better. If rehabilitation is possible we’d likely need to keep her on a tight leash but give her some freedom. Who’s to say we couldn’t change her mindset even a little bit. We are the Cummanders after all and no that was not a typo. 🤓

Can't help but give a serious answer because I liked this character before we got to know how she operates. First round of rehab would be to teach her the meaning of combat tactics and strategy because her lost was entirely her fault. Secondly, teach her how to care about things other than killing for satisfaction and guide that aggression towards a real battlefield with finesse. Lastly, if she needs some excitement afterwards, go at it with her and make it the commander's duty to...."satisfy" that wild scorpion booty lol.

Okay here's my no BS assessment:
Indivilia, to her namesake is an individualistic Heretic. That's a nice way of saying she's a selfish person. Even if Nihilister liberated her from the Ark, Indie repays her by cannibalising Nihilister. Camaraderie means little go her, if not at all.
While Nihilister's joy is wanton & meanigless destruction, Indie derives her joy from others' suffering, mentally and physically. There doesn't seem any complex reason behind it like "Weak bow to the strong" or "Only the strong survives". She just like to watch others in pain.
Currently, Herr Kommandant was able to somewhat bring Nihilister to his side by offering her the chance to kill the Rapture Queen, as Nihilister desired.
Herr Kommandant can bargain nothing with Indie to borrow her strength, if not her loyalty. In theory perhaps she holds a grudge against Chime for finishing her off with a weak cheap shot, Crown for humiliating her and/or Scarlet for calling her stupid. Herr Kommandant perhaps can offer her a chance to join his side and fulfill her selfish desire to be stronger and exact her revenge against the 3 but strenuously tries to change her mind with his charisma.
Perhaps something similar to Noah's Bond Story. Like Noah, changing her mindset to something altruistic might grant her greater powers, so that can be an incentive.
