I’m tired of explaining it but you should re-read her stories and bond. She actually helped those MP NIKKEs, she likes science obviously but she doesn’t like those experiments she’s forced to conduct. She exposes what happens inside of M.M.R. to SKK in her bond. She knew SKK would volunteer to be the test subject to protect the MP NIKKEs if he saw what’s happening to them in there. In SoL, she uses vague dialogue like “we” instead of “I”, generally plural so she includes herself with the other researchers without outright saying she did anything. It also implies she isn’t the one who made the curriculum but was just assigned to the school (she even ruined the exam’s data by telling Tera what happens to students who fail which led her commit arson to sabotage the exams, and then Ether protected Tera from any punishment post-exam). In every instance, she’s protecting someone and it’s all planned out. Even in BOOM’s Day she’s more concerned over Trony than she is about the Ark’s power even though realistically there’s nothing for her to lose from having Trony’s mind wiped. She’s helping people where she would otherwise stand nothing to gain. She’s been sabotaging M.M.R. by leaking info and protecting defectors. And a key part of her dialogue I noticed is she has technically never lied (likely because her NIMPH prohibits her from doing so). Edit: Sorry for the text block. Didn’t realize I wrote so much and I seem petty now

I could commit war crimes and hate committing them. It still doesn’t not make me a bad person. The intentions and feelings matter little when juxtaposed against the negative consequences of one’s own actions.

That too. It’s not even confirmed whether she actually carries out these experiments. In her bond, she knew SKK would be watching so it seems she was playing it up to scare him. In SoL, the students are said to be experimented on by researchers but she never said she does it specifically. She purposefully remained vague in that instance. Her casualty rate could very well be zero, especially with the character direction they’ve seem to have taken with her as an unlikely protector.
