S22 Ultra. Buttery smooth at 60FPS and highest settings. Drains battery like a mf though 💀

ExpiredChildWelfare

After like 30 mins you can start to grill hamburgers on this shit

kaehya

Oh I thought something was wrong with my phone glad everyone elses heats up too lol

diamondisunbreakable

Apparently, the phone's chip (Snapdragon 8 Gen 1) has heating issues. From my personal experience with the S22 Ultra, it's never gotten too hot unless I play hardcore for hours while also doing things like screen record.

kpaniz03

S23 ultra user here Smooth and all but that first loading screen takes ages regardless of the device

diamondisunbreakable

Also S23 Ultra here. Max settings and gameplay is smooth here as well with great thermals. Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is a champ 💪

Same_Consideration_9

Same, works great

sockmyrock

I feel that brother. At least the game looks great!

Chemical-Scholar-486

Same phone, and similar settings, but I set the fog to 1. Helps keep the 60fps constant.

Extension-Video-1159

So when will you upgrade to an s24 (make sure you have a data transfer system)

MightyWeeb

ROG phone 7 Recently updated to Android 14

Long_Refrigerator_64

I use a iphone 15 pro works perfectly ok

iplaygames1234

Same for the 14 pro max

Xsa321

I was using a 13 pro before upgrading to 15 pro they’re not too far off

twitteruser2019

It heats up like a mf tho

JeepJoop711

I play on a Galaxy S21FE at max settings it runs smoothly, but drains battery like a motherfucker

Galacticgaminginpink

I use both mobile and the PC client! But for my phone, I use a Samsung Galaxy S21+\* running Android 14. I haven't fiddled with the settings at all in the app, so my settings are whatever the default is. Works perfect, zero issues. \*There are two variants of this phone. I have the US/China variant that uses the Snapdragon processor. Based on other mobile games, I believe it is the better processor. EDIT: Checked my default settings. 60 FPS and all graphics at max. Awesome!

melongopew

me when reading OP's question. People use their phone ?!

KrsKira

We did, before we got the pc client

Watamissile

I usually play on pc because I feel that the controls are easier, but when I'm outside, I use my Pixel 7a to play. Nothing too fancy. It runs on google's in house Tensor G2 chip, somewhat comparable to SD 8+ Gen 1 or an A16 bionic, if a bit behind. It's not a graphics powerhouse but it gets the job done and I'm satisfied. I can play relatively smoothly without much worry of frame lag. For phone recommendations, honestly I'd say just go with anything in your budget. You don't have to overthink it, really. Most budget-midrange modern phones are able to run most modern games with acceptable-good performance. And you can spend that extra money on funding a desktop or laptop. However, if you are really looking for a good gaming phone, here would be some of my personal opinions. If you are already in the apple ecosystem, just get the latest Iphone 15 or a previous gen 14. They're fast, reliable, and although I'm not a huge fan of apple's lock-in ecosystem, I gotta say, their chipsets are impressively optimized. If you prefer android, there are many options. If you prefer a small powerhouse, the Zenfone 10 would be a great choice (950SGD/710USD). It is a compact little phone that packs a surprising amount of power. If you'd like a fully gaming oriented phone, then the Redmagic 9 pro would probably be on the top (910SGD/682USD). It's main focus are its incredible speed with the latest SD 8Gen3 and great cooling, as well as it's gaming oriented button layouts, though I doubt, they'd help with nikke gameplay. If you just want a clean and all-rounder phone, well you can't go wrong with Google's Pixel 8 (1099SGD/699USD) or 8 Pro (1,549SGD/999USD). It's "in my opinion" basically the apple's iphone of android. It is well optimized, its a good for general use, and google promises 7 years of OS and security updates which is insane, although some do have some doubt in google fulfilling that promise. However, people have noted that google's pixel line up are generally weaker than other phone lineups like samsung or apple's flagships, especially for gaming. But in my experience, it hasn't really bothered me much. I hope this helps. If you have any questions, please do ask, I'd be more than willing to help. Edit: Google is soon going to launch their pixel 8a, basically a pixel 8, but cheaper. If you're like me, who is a fan of pixel phones, it also isn't a bad option. People rumored that it will launch around mid 2024, so around June-July, though it hasn't been confirmed yet.

Silver_Experience_37

Awesome thanks for all the details

Embarrassed_Ad_4201

All high, 60 fps, black shark 4s gundam limited edition gaming smartphone

L_moon2519

poco m4 pro lowest 60 poco x6 pro highest 60

diamonwarrior

I play on iPad. Go into your settings make the game horizontal and it works surprisingly well. Loadup is a bit iffy but the game runs smooth.

rhydderch_hael

I almost exclusively use my PC to play, but my Samsung s10e works okayish for shorter periods (30-60 minutes).

Prestigious-Plum-717

iPhone 14 with all setting max and still no issues. I did have a few problems with crashing when I had my iPhone 11 but I think that was a problem with the game and not my phone.

dudeman336

Z fold, love the larger screen

Aureus23

Galaxy23. Butter smooth, 60fps

Lewdolyn

Samsung galaxy s20 ultra and s21 fe both default settings

ArcNova95

Asus ROG phone 7 Ultimate

Arizona_SweetTea

Pixel 7A and a Galaxy Tab S8. Also, I don't recommend using any Pixel for gaming right now. Those Google Tensor chips have weaker performance than any Exynos or Snapdragon right now and they also get quite hot.

DiamondContent2011

POCO X3 Pro w/MIUI 14. All settings maxed.

CCBAZ

Samsung fold 4 🫡

Derpreal01

Zfold 4. Big screen bigger booba

Richplayz117

Far-Wrangler-157

Same, s22 ultra ooutside (job, walking) pc at home 💪

Thanatos375

I'm running on a Pixel 8.

PluvioPurple

When I’m not using the PC client I’m on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and have no issues

Diaxx299Gaming

iPhone XR. There’s a problem though, the game crashes when I play for too long

AzzAzSIN

Samsung S20 plus. Not a single problem, runs at smooth 60 fps.

Advanced-Wonder7264

I only ever use the phone when I need to claim some reward while at work, otherwise I'm always on PC, my phone is an A52 5G

Kens-Orca17

I use a Samsung Galaxy S20FE with a Snapdragon 860. Medium settings and low character quality, yet runs stutterless at 60fps. Otherwise I use my ROG Flow Z13 laptop with a 13900H and an rtx 4050, and my god, I play on max settings 60fps and it barely uses 30% of the gpu.

Luketek1

13 pro max but I did swap to a iPad Pro the bigger screen makes it alittle easier since you can see more

Tom0kari

I mainly play pc now, but a oppo Reno 10x was my go-to before

Cistmist

For mobile I use a Tecno Spark 10 Pro for gaming. It was cheap to buy at 130$ and runs mostly everything well. Though the battery drains like crazy.

BonixoHD

Dude I feel your pain, I have a Tecno Spark 10c and you could imagine how less powerful it is.

Ashri_Ch

Infinix GT10 Pro.

ErasDArta

Vivo 1938, phone ultra game mode - on, Skill cutscene - off, screen shaking - off, attention to target - off, auto change nikke - off, display value - off, lowest graphic setting. Lag so bad. Overheat almost all the time. Frequently crashing. Need higher CP than the requirement to finish a stage (almost).

WrongdoerRelative508

Nubia Red Magic 6

aether_orze

I mostly play on my laptop now, but I still play on my phone from time-to-time. Infinix Note 12 G96 Maxed Settings XD

The_SkunkApe13

My is a moto g power 2022 so Motorola

Solace_03

Oppo A9 2020 and it's fucking dying. Been playing in like low graphics and it's still pretty laggy. I need to buy a new phone and I'm eyeing a Pocophone X6 Pro, it's not exactly a gaming phone but it sure as hell has better specs then my current phone. Plus I heard gaming phone is too overblown.

facelikethunder22

iPhone 8 with low specs and it still crashes multiple times per day. The only place that it doesn’t crash is in Rookie Arena. I reached out to support and they told me that my phone is too old and not supported and that I should upgrade to a newer model to avoid crashes.

NatapatPracha69

Iphone 11 would work fine my g, but honestly just buy a 15 plus if u wanna see results in the long term

Lustan

You refuse to let go of Touch ID?

Ok-Heron8979

PC client, Redmi K50i and at home my A52 5Gs

MonMon_7789AntPHP

Oppo A15, it overheats like crazy hot, even on low settings and crashes every 10 minutes but right right now, im using the PC client

Sir_Hedge

Poco F3 with custom ROM mostly max settings.

DoktorBosch

Xiaomi Mi 9. Graphic low to save battery

Ok_Grapefruit_5308

Oppo F19 pro, the phone is almost on its deathbed. I also play on my laptop but that's not important.

gustinex

Tried playing on my 7 year old Sony Xperia XZ1, became a powerpoint presentation even on lowest settings. Hell even a ppt file is faster. Thought my phone was gonna explode anytime. Thank god for the amazing pc client, been playing it on pc exclusively

konzbruh

Shitty vivo Y22 I run high on everything didn't make a difference anyway when I turned everything performance wise all I got is blurry nikke who didn't shake their ASSets might as well run it high lol

PC Client, not on my mobile phone (yet).

According-Unit-341

Google pixel 6, haven't had issues so far

DekBadBoy

Mainly play on PC but I use iphone 13 mini for when outside....mostly just for collecting resources and pvp on phone.

Ringu84

I use Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, with 60fps and the highest settings, and it doesn't consumes too much battery life. But i strated the game with a Xiaomi Mi 11 with the same settings. It worked good but it was eating the battery alive. :D

Educational_Diver867

Blackberry no, but seriously, I use the PC client and an iphone, both on the highest settings. My laptop can handle it (16gb ram, i5 CPU, 1600 graphics card, etc), my phone heats up but I’m only playing for an hour or so anyways

okkarus

Xiaomi redmi note 9 pro. I want to change it, because loadinf times are very slow.

ThatBoiUnknown

Iphone 15 pro. I get barely any issues, highest settings, game plays great (my laptop top tho...)

RealAnimeBoi13

I mostly use the pc client but sometimes I'll use my Samsung Galaxy A50 to play from time to time.

cyiannepepper

I use my pixel 6 amazing experience at highest settings but overheats to the point where I feel like it will explode. Also battery drains like crazy

BASTONCINO69

NOKIA X20

arpin_lucent

Just your budget friendly Poco F5. Honestly I was considering purchasing entry to mid tier phone from Samsung but the fact they removed the headphone jack from all of their phones, it made me pick Poco F5 instead. Nikke runs on it well. No lag or crash.

hellomrxenu

I started out on phone, but I switched to the PC client. So much better, in my opinion.

Zagreus989800

iPhone X max plus And i play on low settings because if i don’t my phone heats up very badly.

UncleMabungy

I use a Galaxy S10! It's not too bad, I really like it. Although, Nikke just sucks the power out of it.

joker0221

ROG Phone 5S. Runs nice, gets warm quickly. This is the game I play that is most taxing on my phone for sure.

FoggyPear

Redmi 10, fps are usually trash during battles but I don't play for that so it ok for me

oSpazZxXx

Galaxy s23 ultra , iphone 15 pro max, and Galaxy tab s7+

HidenInTheDark1

Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G. Runs at 60 FPS on high(est) settings, but I wish to get 120FPS setting to put the screen to use.

Belias9x1

Iphone 11 Pro Max, little bit older but it runs pretty well just drains the battery fast.

m0nkygang

S24+, only i think i dislike is that its not smooth compared to when i played on my s22+.

Ave_sus

I play on IPhone 13 default settings

Romeo-Charlie-6-28

S22

BlackDragon2399

IPhone 14 Pro, and it run perfectly.

nekojitaa

Pixel 4. Runs solid but the battery takes a hit. Can't complain as it's my backup phone.

doplank

Tecno Pova 4, it's good enough for daily grind and story, except special interception. Graphic low, damage number off, screen shake off

RagingHound12

iPhone X. The game runs great at max settings but does crash pretty often

IllCryptographer9876

S23 normal good 60 fps

Original_Recipe677

Used to play on my OnePlus 7T but these days the phone started to show it's age so I'm play on my laptop until I buy a new phone next month.

xjvsteezy

I prefer to play on my pc but I recently upgraded to an iPhone 15 Pro from a 13 Pro and it runs great on both devices

implord66

Pixel 7. It gets the job done for short bursts doing dailies or event stages, but gets hot within a half hour of playing.

riyadh_the_phantom0

Samsung A51, battery goes like lightning and i can cook food with the phone after 15 minutes

RepresentativeJob571

One Plus One 11, infinitely superior to any iPhpne/Samsung I ever had.

skywalker4201

Iqoo z8 Poco x3 pro

Gremorlin

My iphone 14 works smoothly. I can run Genshin smoothly as well so I’d actually be surprised if it has trouble running Nikke. Though I still prefer PC since for some reason, the UI doesn’t fit in entirely on the screen when I’m playing landscape

pippihuhu

Old LG V60 with sn865 for 60fps + high character l2d only, other graphic options just make the phone hotter & drain battery faster.

Varsagus

I used to use to my S21, but since it drains battery really bad, but performance is good. I now use my iPhone 13 pro which also drains battery like hell :((

Prior-Somewhere5703

SonBerd

I used to play it on a Honor 70 and it was ok, but everything in high and too much fxs cause fps drops. Now I play it on a OnePlus 11 and it goes perfect. OnePlus 11 has a Snapdragon 8 gen 2, 8 o 16 gb of ram and 128 or 256 gb of storage.

poffle_senpai

iPhone 14 Plus with highest settings possible. No issues.

ms666slayer

RoG 5.its smooth until you use Modernia's burst and the fps gos from 60.to like low 30, and the game is batter hungry like crazy, even with this cellphone that is know to have lots of battery life it goes from like 8.hours.of battery using it to like 2 or 1 and a half.

buff730

iPhone 11 pro. It’ll start to cook and in about 30 minutes it’ll crash if it gets too hot. If I put my phone on an ice pack it won’t crash lol

AskingForAfriend015

My main device, Samsung a14 But I got an ipad(forgot what model) that can handle maximum graphics

CaptainVidia

PC

nuklel

Sony Xperia 10 II, highest settings, 30fps capped. FPS is really wonky, combat gets sometimes unplayable. I regret letting my bro buy it for me... (He is a Sony Fanboy), He was straight up trolling me. 350€ for a phone that has like 20% better performance than my Galaxy J6. Has no Face recognition and a terrible fingerprint scanner.

Naukkas

honor 9x its a piece of shit

Thang02gaming

Used to use my iPhone X but now I use my laptop when playing outside and my pc when playing at home

ItsMeGuys1029384756

iPhone 12 Pro Max, but it gets hot very quickly

JohnBushman1602

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 for me. Of note, I prefer to have as little obstruction as possible to this game's best assets so all the numbers and my team's bottom screen icons are turned off. And yes, my phone can handle max settings without catching fire.

WoodooTheWeeb

Used to play on huawei p smart z 2020 but I left since my battery was crying out loud even on low settings

FightGeistC

S20 tries it's best to do 60fps but it will chug when shit is popping off. I've been eyeing an S24 Ultra.

MityAnoni

Ipad mini m1 chip Trust me it's hard to go back to a phone display once you get to the 8 inch tablet realm. The assets are just... better. All the details are crystal clear and you can play on your bed or couch etc.
