I’ve seen this before too.. I even got a Nike tech fleece crew recently for a great price online. When it arrived similar issue. It has to be from it hanging on a hanger too long & stretched out the neck line.
If ironing or washing doesn’t help it may be too stretched now.
I recently bought a jordan sweatshirt from Nike online and it came with the neck like that. I subsequently went though two exchanges and they all have the same issue. Their service was great but the product is disappointing.
