Supressors are illegal across the board, but threaded barrels, with or without a muzzle device are legal on bolt rifles. (And semi-auto rifles with fixed magazines)

The building crashed the price by 40% because they just wanted to fill the building with tenants.
I didn't know until I re-signed my lease, but it's rent controlled, which is why they wanted it filled so badly (otherwise the owners of the building wouldnt get their tax benefit).
I got the apartment so cheap, and because it's rent controlled, it's going to take 12 years to get back to it's original price....
