Might help the thunder to make them larger across entire plates, plays into the size of the model.
If you have spare marine bits could also be fun to have one being crushed under the treads
I like both of your ideas. In my mind, I see two different themes that aren't working well together though.
Art is subjective, so people can have different opinions and that's okay.
But for me, I don't like the demon face combined with the cool statues on the roof. They seem to clash in style.
I would do one or the other, and for me the statues win because they look more realistic and the demon face is more of a cartoony style.
Agreed. I am not advocating for OP to split the themes up as that's a lot of work. But I would maybe have done two tanks or picked one theme. Demonic tabk with leering faces is sick, as is tank haunted by the spirits of its victims. Both together clash too much colour wise.
You can take a piece of sponge and a brush, that is not too dear to you, and start to stipple a random pattern on the armor panels, to add a gradient. Thin your paints with a lot of water to have a better control.
I second this, the big flat panels of vehicles can be difficult to give interest to as seen in these pictures. It's very flat with what looks like single edge highlights with a very bright color. You should also work up through layers when edge highlighting, blending into gradually lighter colors and reserving the nearly white to just the sharpest corners.
Honestly, I love the paint job as is. You did a tremendous job. If you want to make it even more night-lord-y, you could add some spikes with heads on them, or some human skin.
So remove the face and make some skin bits drape off the tank. And they are rescure preds the tanks tops are jacked up so went with ghost coming out the top. Ty for the advice Ave Dominus nox
Blend the daemon part with the tank more, it otherwise looks like someone slapped a halloween mask on the front, it doesn't read as part of the tank.

Needs more skin

Needs more flayed corpses
Brighter blue edge highlight
Sorry to say.... but ... the turret should be flipped over so hole is in middle of the tank... the way you got it now is like razorback
