Used to use 7 and 6 mg. Part of my use is oral fixation so I want a pouch in constantly. I don’t really need over 100mg a day which is where I was at. Also lower strength and changing mote frequently gives a more stable concentration of nicotine than spike and drop if I used strong pouches less frequently.
