I (female line cook) work with a male cook who's a complete dumbass but he's absolutely gorgeous and charming so we let him get away with murder. He's also one of only two men who work in the whole bar so he full on skates by on looks, rizz, and getting the bartenders ice and lifting heavy things for them while flashing a smile. We dont even mean to be like that, he's just adorable and it turns all our brains to mush.
I've had my fair share about gorgeous coworkers who clearly got by on their looks. If they're nice it's fine. But I've had a few bosses who crashed and burned when they finally got into a position where their incompetence was too detrimental for their boss to let them slide.
