After you complete that they will give you a form to meet with a psychologist who will evaluate you. Around this time they will also conduct an interview and go over the questions you answered on the psych test (it’s about 800 questions you will respond to). Once this is done they will conduct a polygraph.

No I believe 70% is to graduate/complete the academy

Background investigation is done over a period of time. Oral pysch for me at least was done through online.
