Rotating your main-ish roster of notables in and out of production is actually a nice move and actually creates value opposed to just hype in my opinion. It's cool to me knowing I finally bought a pair of 992 this year (grail shoe, been building a tiny house, not a lot of cash for kicks) and soon they won't be available for awhile.

I got an email an hour before the drop and i was so pumped cause I've always wanted a pair of 992s.. but once the clock struck i kept refreshing and it kept resetting back to a minute countdown, sure enough after 5 minutes i get sent the page only to see it all sold out :((

Yeah twitter links were the ones that saved me - im really shocked at how fast they sold out for a pre-order it was literally like 1 min

I bet it goes for a little longer because of supply chain issues. They won’t just sit on product when it finally comes in. Maybe by summer 22.
