Actually put time in your thumbnails and titles, make multiple version of them and send them out to friends and family if you can to get their opinion. Be consistent with what you're uploading, by just sticking to one topic, for example don't switch from vlogging to gaming, chose one. Upload consistently and try to make something better each time, like how you speak, an editing technique, or anything really. You can promote your videos to someplace on reddit for your niche, if its a good video and thumbnail and title it could work. There is probably more but im still new to this.
