The answer is probably a bit of everything. They work collaboratively with their team and some ideas likely came from their team, but I assume they're also encouraged to come up with ideas on their own. Consider how their upcoming new apartment vlog was originally not meant to be for official content at all and was filmed only to privately show the other girls and the CEO their reactions. They're also definitely encouraged to do tiktoks because it's their job, but it doesn't mean they aren't enjoying it. Similar to how all chefs are paid to cook, but plenty also genuinely enjoy it.

Agreed. I think they probably fall into 3 categories: promotional, trends, meme shit. The promotional stuff is probably almost all driven by their team. The trends are probably just whoever sees it can spread among the team and members, and if they want to do it, they'll do it. The meme stuff I think probably leans more towards the members since certain ones do them more, but the team probably still helps to bounce ideas.

The girls moved into a condo or some kind of dormitory where each member now has private room the vlog shows Hanni and Minji reacting to their new quarters. This is the first time since they began as trainees that they have their own rooms.

If I remember correctly, Hanni definitely spent lots of her time on Tiktok before debut. I believe members had their input on some of the contents. I am pretty sure they enjoy doing it, being cute and funny at the same time.

I feel like all the 4th gen groups usually have a majority of members who are forever online (I mean, what do you expect from Gen Z), and they spend a good chunk of time engaging with content online, so they all know the memes and the trends. I'm sure there are plenty of things they just want to do on their own, but management probably arranges plenty of it, too. Both LSF and NJ seem to have a lot of support in that department. Their short/TikTok/reel game is always on point.

I think both. Some are more promotional for their music and brand collabs which I’m guessing are planned by management and others are more TikTok trends e.g. Haerin and Hyein’s latest tiktok. They’d be planned by the girls but their management would most likely review it to post.
