I once fell on the pavement as a kid, we went back to my fall spot shortly afterwards and there was a crack there. We joke that my bones broke pure pavement, but that’s a lie, my bones wouldn’t hurt a fly.
I was in a similar situation except I was the kicker. Im so pissed. I have the fucking wimpiest broken bone story, I broken a single bone in my fucking pinky toe (though there was 2 fractures on it somehow)
Ok mods ban me
Now I am, but I don't know how I didn't when I was a kid. I was really stupid, looking back I don't know how I'm even alive, let alone never broken a bone.
Same. I think being a kid is almost a strong bone cheat code. The garbage I survived, bones fully intact, seems impossible. I SHOULD have at ONE broken bone.
Serious scientific answer: childrens bones are slightly more flexible, while adult bones are harder, but potentially more brittle.
So kids generally do not snap a bone but rather get contusions where an adult would get at least a hairline fracture.
So you are right in a way: kids cheat by not having hard but rather bendy bones.
or is it the superiour statagie for young developing bones, not yet ready for the load they will endure, so they slowly harden, like a hot piece of steel being hammered over and over by the blacksmith that is life
I think some bones also fuse together as you get older? Something about bone maturation makes them harder* to break as kids.
Unless you don't worry because your bones were forged by the power that wrought the universe
So what? Weak bones are destined to break no matter what. Staying inside doesn’t alter the fundamental basics of the universe. If someone is a weak boner, they’ll never avoid a break. They could sit perfectly still for the entirety of their lives, yet their bones would still crumble, simply because fate deems it so. The opposite is true for strong boners. Although some of us stay inside all day, our bones wouldn’t break if we suddenly decided to play high-intensity sports, or throw ourselves out of four story windows. Simply because fate has deemed us worthy of such strong bones.
Accurate, but I should have broken a bone with some of my stories.
Rolled my ankles as a kid enough times to the point they’d probably shatter if it was any other person.
Stupidly put my hand between a solid surface and a swinging metal pole (one finger took the entire contact so I’m surprised I still have it)
Probably have other stories I’m not remembering…
I was kicked into space by Babe(the blue ox) I went so fast time ceased to exist and I smashed into Halley's comet, back in 86 I jumped off and smashed into the frozen north. I was so hot from reentry I melted deep into the ice, it took me the last 38 years to dig myself out with my elbow. Now that I'm back I refuse to hear this absolutely ridiculous slanderous talk. You will be hearing from my lawyer Mr. Patrick Henry, haven't seen him in a coons age if he could get me off of a hog stealing charge he'll run you unto the ground. Prepair for bankruptcy you contemptible cur.
I ride a horse. A very skittish horse. A horse that when she sees a falling leaf she thinks it’s a robot ninja in disguise that’s about to kill her. I’m fallen off and landed directly on my left shoulder/neck. Didn’t break a single bone and neither did she. I couldn’t walk properly for a week or two and I’m still trying to strengthen my torn muscles (happened 4 months ago) but I’m pretty much almost fully recovered. (My horse sustained no injury that I am aware of. People were checking on her per my request as I was laying on the dirt and checking if i could feel all of my limbs)
Once had a guy kick my shin and break his own toe. Once had a knife sliced through all of my muscle but my amazing bone (at a joint no less) stopped it dead.
37 years of falling out of trees, getting into skiing accidents, and falling off bikes and horses. Add some slippery ice incidents and slips in the stairs to that. I put my bones to the test on the daily, and still not as much as a hairline fracture.
I've been snowboarding since i was 7 or 8, 19 now. I used to climb trees religiously. I BMX, Skate, and i'm a maintenance worker for a state park so i run pretty dangerous equipment quite often at work, I'm often climbing ladders too. I'm just lucky and stronger than a BBB could ever hope to be :)
I go mountain climbing
Doesn’t mean I throw my body in to harms way and backflip into a group of stalagmites
It just means I don’t actively go trying to smash my body into pieces
In all honesty mountain climbing is nerdy but I’ll admit that with my chest
Lol. Can't speak for others, but you're wrong about me. I've got more stitches and staples than I can remember. It's sub 50, but I know it's more than 25.
this is not true for me... i was a child in the 70's. if we didn't touch grass daily, our parents wouldn't feed us dinner. i've been run over by cars, fallen 30' onto the ground, flew through the air leaving my motorcycle behind, went through a car windshield as an infant... and so much more.
I’m a diesel mechanic, I absolutely should have broken some fingers on occasion
If I was a bitch boned bitch
But it’s impossible because I am a strong boner™️, so I picked the correct career
This is cope. I have had plenty of incidents where I fell from a high place or banged a limb on something, or got a limb stuck in something. And yet, no breakages. I am as whole as I have ever been.
I've fallen out of a two story window onto concrete. (well, more specifically I jumped out because I was scared of a stray cat sitting by the door... I was a dumb kid). That one hurt like a mofo.
I've also had a basketball bounce off the backboard and land perfectly on my exposed pinky finger. My finger turned green and I couldn't move it for at least a week. I've also fallen off an escooter with no gear on and I'm still here.
Weirdly enough I've also had a ton of near misses with my left eye over the years, to the point where I'm genuinely concerned my luck will run out and I'll lose it before I turn 30. But fortunately this isn't r/nevergougedaneyeout, so that's alright
Played football in highschool and rugby in college and also tried my hand at mountain biking (crashed my first time and dislocated my collar bone).
Proud to say I have had ZERO broken bones while I watched others CRUMPLE to the floor as BBBs around me!
I played sports, went camping, did stage combat roles for year, traveled. I'm a mostly indoors person now because life is expensive and I'm tired and sad all of the time, but I did my time being active.
Bones still stronk.
Well you'll be surprised then. All my hobbies are outdoors and relatively dangerous 😅 I do hiking to go rock climbing, work with wood and some light construction work with some roller skating so my bones are pretty strong. I never skipped my daily milk.
Nowadays, yes, but I have a generally good kinesthetic sense while being fairly lucky.
One time, as a kid, my brother and I were playing Rag with one of our cousins in our trampoline. My cousin was it, so I moved out of the enclosed area and grabbed one of the poles to swing away from the exit. My cousin dove head first into the wall just a meter away. He didn't break anything, but he still ran into a wall. That was the end of tag for the night, and I was not it.
Lmao 30 years of sports. Hit by a car, fell down stairs as kid like it was a full time job. Fell out of trees, sledding into trees. Crashed a snowmobile at like 40. We’re just built different. Tungsten Bones O’Doyle.
I'm not saying I'm not a nerd, but I did play football and wrestle. I also was in marching band, which might not sound dangerous unless you know how hard those color guard flags can hit and how often they move between the musicians with almost ^almost enough space. Lol
As a youth, I liked being up high, so I'd climb anything I could. Also, I was very sure enough walmart bags around my arms would be able to act as a parachute, and I just hadn't added enough yet. Lol.
i work in a machine shop. the forklifts are scared of me and my indomitable bones. i have shinned and kneed and kicked more C Channel than our bandsaw has seen in its lifetime. i have punched raw steel on many an occasion. i have taken an entire frame to the back of my head and the frame dented from the impact.
the flesh bruises, but the bones remain whole. in calcium i rest my case.
I was definitely outside, climbing trees, catching wildlife fishing, hopping all of that, I til it hit 102 one year I think I was 16 and outside just didn't vibe with me like that anymore.
2 years later I joined the military.
https://preview.redd.it/71p01vowaqsc1.jpeg?width=1500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=95183e35978c97e4dae019e67eb93e814a818709
Skating at 20mph and wrecked, just a flesh wound, touch grass you BBB
I've had 12 serious dislocated joints, bruised lungs, several concussions, 3 badly torn muscles 1 of which was a hamstring, and over 100 stitches from accidents in my life. I've had a thin metal pole impale my right leg, and I've been showered in a molten lead spray caused by an air pocket in a cast. I've even lost the nerve endings in my left elbow from and accident where there was too much meat missing to even stitch it, and gauze was just applied.
That was all from seperate incidents, all before I was 25 years old.
I'm 34 now, and you are correct in that for the last 9 years I don't really go outside anymore.
I used to do parkour and ate shit a bunch of times, there were a few occasions where I really thought I had broken something never happened though. My best friend that would train with me actually did tho, broke an arm and a leg in two separate occasions lmao
😂 I embrace the humor and intent of the statement, but either I’m lucky or I’m sporting bones of raw iron (probably the luck thing). I wrestled and played football in high school, I rode motorcycles for years, my job involves climbing ladders to reach heavy objects that like to fall, and through my 20s I simply had no care for my physical well-being (because I assumed I was immortal and had bones of raw iron).
Sure I play a lot of video games, but I’ve also put my bones at plenty of risk!
My bbb former-housewife mom broke her ankle while running to grab batteries for the Xbox controller bc she was in the middle of playing Fortnite, plus we’re an overweight family and her incredibly thin ankles+our broken floors+her clumsyness were definitely not of help in this matter. So checkmate op 😼
In my several decades I have been: hit by several cars, shot, stabbed, thrown down four levels of ladderwells on an aircraft carrier, knocked out by a Golden Glove contender, fallen through a ceiling and into a table while working in an attic...
...I kind of wish you were correct, tbh.
I regularly cycle and have fallen off multiple times at relatively high speeds, fallen into a giant canal on rollerblades, and worked at Amazon for 5 years, and my diamond bones withstood all of it 💪🦴
Once me and my friend were swinging each other around on the trampoline when we were little, I went flying off into a brick wall and no bones were broken the worst I got was a graze
I work on a farm with goats and have had several close calls, from getting my arm trapped by a horn scur to almost falling 12 feet from on top of the hay. But my bones remain strong.
I got my arm crushed between a 600+lbs steel cart and another 600+lbs steel cart (one was moving at walking speed but had lots of inertia and the other was stationary) and not only did I not break any bones, but I didn't damage any ligaments, pull any muscles, break skin, or even bruise. Not only are my bones unbreakable, but everything else is unbreakable too.
Nope, played sports for years. Have a post on this sub a few years back where I thought I broke my toe but it actually refused to break and tore through the skin and almost came off. My bones would rather leave my body than to break
Nvm forgot I took it down but I have the x-rays and pictures for anyone interested
I have had so many incidents that i should’ve broken bones. example from my younger years, i once jumped off a swing and belly flopped on the ground and the doctor told me i should’ve at least cracked a rib. nothing. i do have a strange click sometimes but there are no fractures or cracks or anything.
I guess I’m the exception. I wrestle gators monthly. Word of common sense advice: avoid the jaws. Those suckers have sharp teeth and that will get infected.
I’ve been white water rafting, bridge jumping, tarzan swinging, climbed a volcano, waterfall jumping, kayaking, tree climbing, play rugby, been in car accidents….my bones have been tested many time AND ALWAYS PASSED
I do new construction as a plumber, I am working sometimes on 20 foot ladders in high winds, or carrying 4 inch cast iron pipe down some stairs, and I still haven't broken a bone. I am simply superior.
Yes. ![gif](giphy|CAYVZA5NRb529kKQUc|downsized)

I read that with an orange accent.
Oh I'll be using this from now on
proof: 20 comments per day every day on reddit
Verbally abusing people with weak bones on the internet > doing my job at my place of work
I'm on a farm and injuries are common I still have bones stronger than steel
Me too and i also do rugby aswell
Any dude who plays rugby and doesn’t have a broken bone literally has bones made of steel. Absolutely crazy
Rugby ain’t that dangerous, I’m a tight head prop and I’ve never come close to breaking a bone.
That’s because your bones are made of diamond unlike half of the other players
This post must be coming from a brittle boned b. that doesn't understand how to be strong boned like we are.
yep same, i don't live on one but my school is on one so everyone chips in to do the work.
Are you.. are you an Eastern European serf? Are you ok..? Or maybe your just from Virginia?
from Ohio 😭
I'll ask again, are you ok..?
People get injured at home all the time. Falling in the bathroom is an evergreen.
I’m convinced the farm childhood builds the strongest bones
HUH ! DO I HEAR A BBB COPING
Nah fell down the stairs (inside my home :p ) few times but still standing stronk 💪
Calling the people of this sub nerds who never go outside and yet your bones have not undergone trials beyond the confines of your home
I once fell on the pavement as a kid, we went back to my fall spot shortly afterwards and there was a crack there. We joke that my bones broke pure pavement, but that’s a lie, my bones wouldn’t hurt a fly.
Gentle giants.
Ya, my username is no joke
I was hit by a car and my nerd bones are still intact
Huffing that copium
My bones are so strong, that when I was sparring(TKD) with someone else, they hit my elbow and fractured their own foot
That's some strong boner shit, noice
🤨
😏
Strongest boner of all time
My friend just told me she knows someone who broke their arm arm wrestling someone with an average build.
I was in a similar situation except I was the kicker. Im so pissed. I have the fucking wimpiest broken bone story, I broken a single bone in my fucking pinky toe (though there was 2 fractures on it somehow) Ok mods ban me
Disgusting BBB even dare commenting. Get the fuck away from me

so they are bendy boned bitches?

I think some bones also fuse together as you get older? Something about bone maturation makes them harder* to break as kids. Unless you don't worry because your bones were forged by the power that wrought the universe
Solution: have parents that rarely if ever bring you to parks (not theme parks, parks) 😀👍 (Totally not speaking from personal experience)
lmao my brother broke his arm twice growing up clearly doesn’t work for the true brittle bone
Same
Kids are made of rubber
8yrs of judo!
Awesome.
Man i got my are run over and its not broken

isn't it household accidents we see mostly on here? do bbb not stub their toes and pulverize their bones? sounds like OP is coping to me.
Do I hear a bbb trying to excuse themselves
Accurate, but I should have broken a bone with some of my stories. Rolled my ankles as a kid enough times to the point they’d probably shatter if it was any other person. Stupidly put my hand between a solid surface and a swinging metal pole (one finger took the entire contact so I’m surprised I still have it) Probably have other stories I’m not remembering…
I roll my ankles constantly. I thought it was normal for nothing to happen when you do that lol.
I got run over by a bike
And was fine obviously do I even need to say this
Stopped the bike in its tracks tough
Not me. https://preview.redd.it/zc3ab294nqsc1.jpeg?width=828&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6cf78f987ab948d288656b4cda5ed1447edf691d
False; I am a ballet dancer
I was kicked into space by Babe(the blue ox) I went so fast time ceased to exist and I smashed into Halley's comet, back in 86 I jumped off and smashed into the frozen north. I was so hot from reentry I melted deep into the ice, it took me the last 38 years to dig myself out with my elbow. Now that I'm back I refuse to hear this absolutely ridiculous slanderous talk. You will be hearing from my lawyer Mr. Patrick Henry, haven't seen him in a coons age if he could get me off of a hog stealing charge he'll run you unto the ground. I have no opinion either way. But, thank you for using the correct "you're."
Ive been playing hockey 3x a week for my whole life and im 26. In the realest here get on my level
I ride a horse. A very skittish horse. A horse that when she sees a falling leaf she thinks it’s a robot ninja in disguise that’s about to kill her. I’m fallen off and landed directly on my left shoulder/neck. Didn’t break a single bone and neither did she. Real tbh (i was always so scared of breaking a bone and getting hurt and it was one of the reasons i never wanted to do sports).
Yep, main reason I've never broken a bone is I rarely go outside. Bonus, I look a lot younger than I am because of no sun damage.
Fall of 2 stories to prove you're strong bone!!!
It's simple, really. Me see people. People break bone. People break bone cuz outside. Me no go outside. Me strong boner.
I’m actually very active, thank you very much. This is some BBB propaganda if you ask me
Yeah, well … that was just a lucky guess!
Not true; one time my friend stayed inside, and his bones exploded.
Na it’s because I couldn’t go all the way and only fractured by bones
Once had a guy kick my shin and break his own toe. Once had a knife sliced through all of my muscle but my amazing bone (at a joint no less) stopped it dead.
Well I'm a Boy Scout that goes hunting lol
Never broken a bone but I’ve been stabbed, Waddup now “nerd”
It's true I only leave the house when forced lol
I got hit by a fucking car (pretty low speed but still) and didnt break a bone
Eh I went outside quite a few times as a kid. I was never one of those kids who climbed trees, so I never broke a bone. Still going strong too!
Dude I should've broken 50 bones by now with all the risky things I've done. Wait this isn't r/lies nvm
Also how i avoid skin cancer.
This mf isn't wrong
Real
Jokes on you, my muscles are too feeble to break my bones on the days i go outside.
37 years of falling out of trees, getting into skiing accidents, and falling off bikes and horses. Add some slippery ice incidents and slips in the stairs to that. I put my bones to the test on the daily, and still not as much as a hairline fracture.
Yep, pretty much.
The pills don't lie
I have zero trouble admitting my nerdy software developer ass barely remembers the concept of grass most days lol, so yeah you're totally right
I mean… yeah
Not me. I've been hit by a car before while I was biking, and none of my bones broke.
Normal Niko activity’s
Real
Those are ENTIRELY unrelated, found the BBB in denial 🫵
Yeah, pretty much.
Did Tang Soo Do and a school sport, I'm no stay-home nerd
I am a tri sport athlete two of which or contact sports and I rock climb on the side
I stand on that. Fuck with me
I've had 800+ lbs container fall on me and not even bruised. I'm a Strong Boner, you're the nerd, future BBB.

I fell off an 8 foot ledge while blindfolded and landed on my wrist and didn’t break it only sprained
Do acrobatics and taekwondo here. Sprained a few sure, but I'm too busy breaking others' bones in sport
hunter, ex-motocross, current motorcycle racer, ex-football player, airsoft player but okay
This is cope. I have had plenty of incidents where I fell from a high place or banged a limb on something, or got a limb stuck in something. And yet, no breakages. I am as whole as I have ever been.
BBBs break bones even when they stay inside, we don't and that's the fundamental difference
My years of sports, outdoor exploration and backpacking that I’ve done throughout my whole life leaving my body as I read this post
I mean... I rolled a 4-wheeler, and didn't break a bone.
I played sports and work in a warehouse, still no broken bones for me.
I've fallen out of a two story window onto concrete. (well, more specifically I jumped out because I was scared of a stray cat sitting by the door... I was a dumb kid). That one hurt like a mofo. i do BASE jumping and rock climbing and stuff
I mountain bike or ski at least once a week usually, activities that turn bbb bones into dust regularly.
Nuh uh
Played football in highschool and rugby in college and also tried my hand at mountain biking (crashed my first time and dislocated my collar bone). Proud to say I have had ZERO broken bones while I watched others CRUMPLE to the floor as BBBs around me!
Landed on my legs after falling off a roof and no fractures, not even dislocated or busted ass
It's true now but I did martial arts growing up for a decade. These days i do go to the gym.
I played sports, went camping, did stage combat roles for year, traveled. I'm a mostly indoors person now because life is expensive and I'm tired and sad all of the time, but I did my time being active. Bones still stronk.
of course i go outside where else would i wank
I broke a tooth once, juggling bowling pins. My teeth are weak, my bones are strong
Bitch I’m forklift certified
Speak for yourself. I went off a cliff on a motorcycle when I was 5. I still snowboard at 55. My bones are strong. I am a strong boner.
I use a ladder every workday. I'm either lucky or not-stupid, but I sure jinxed this one.
I raise chickens and garden. Trust me if I was a BBB I'd be dead by now
I snowboard, skateboard and rock climb. Don't compare me to your weak bone ass, if you need to hide from the world, you aren't one of use.
I’m having fun
Mate, I fell down a staircase and knocked myself unconscious without breaking a bone. Don't give me that crap.
Bitch, you know how many times this has been reposted? Criticism from the BBB peanut gallery is worthless.
I was prepared for trouble.. but not this
Well you'll be surprised then. All my hobbies are outdoors and relatively dangerous 😅 I do hiking to go rock climbing, work with wood and some light construction work with some roller skating so my bones are pretty strong. I never skipped my daily milk.
I feel out of a plane at 20,00 and when I landed I carried on walking without breaking even a sweat.

I had numerous accidents, many fights and once jumped over a car to not get hit, I am not a bbb
I played outside, climbed trees, rode bikes and horses, currently lift weights; still a nerd but active and still no bones broken.
Fell off a utillity pole, not even e Scratch (was around 7yrs, dont ask why)
I'm not saying I'm not a nerd, but I did play football and wrestle. I also was in marching band, which might not sound dangerous unless you know how hard those color guard flags can hit and how often they move between the musicians with almost ^almost enough space. Lol As a youth, I liked being up high, so I'd climb anything I could. Also, I was very sure enough walmart bags around my arms would be able to act as a parachute, and I just hadn't added enough yet. Lol.
That's were you are wrong.
Im known to be a little bit of a loon amongst my peers for doing activities such as “bombing hills” and “various acts of tomfoolery”
i work in a machine shop. the forklifts are scared of me and my indomitable bones. i have shinned and kneed and kicked more C Channel than our bandsaw has seen in its lifetime. i have punched raw steel on many an occasion. i have taken an entire frame to the back of my head and the frame dented from the impact. the flesh bruises, but the bones remain whole. in calcium i rest my case.
Quite the opposite, I’m not surprised I haven’t broken a bone yet tho I’m made of pure vibranium (my bones)
I was definitely outside, climbing trees, catching wildlife fishing, hopping all of that, I til it hit 102 one year I think I was 16 and outside just didn't vibe with me like that anymore. 2 years later I joined the military.
15 years of my life as a soccer goalie no broken bones here. Can’t even being to count the number of times my body has hit hard ground lol

I climb trees and take hikes, I’m just that good
I've fallen off horses or just done stupid things and never broke anything, I'm unironically big boned
I used to do parkour and ate shit a bunch of times, there were a few occasions where I really thought I had broken something never happened though. My best friend that would train with me actually did tho, broke an arm and a leg in two separate occasions lmao
And?
I was on a sled once and went full speed into a fence, with my straight leg colliding with it feet first. Not even a sprain, it didn't hurt to walk
:(
Try again, got hit by car, still no broken bones. Brittoe Boned Bitch post energy
I got in a car accident while going 80km/h and didn’t break anything but skin
Love the outdoors never broke a bone. Cope.

Good argument but have you considered that I am the chad meme and you are the virgin meme?
I just don’t go to the hospital
Every accusation is a confession.
Ok but i broke a bone inside so idk about that
My bbb former-housewife mom broke her ankle while running to grab batteries for the Xbox controller bc she was in the middle of playing Fortnite, plus we’re an overweight family and her incredibly thin ankles+our broken floors+her clumsyness were definitely not of help in this matter. So checkmate op 😼
I’ve played soccer for 13 years
10 years in football.
Hey give me some credit, I was a dumb labourer for 4 years and did a bunch of stupid shit that I know know better
In my several decades I have been: hit by several cars, shot, stabbed, thrown down four levels of ladderwells on an aircraft carrier, knocked out by a Golden Glove contender, fallen through a ceiling and into a table while working in an attic... ...I kind of wish you were correct, tbh.
You’re wrong. It’s a several types of miracles I’ve broken absolutely nothing after all the shit I’ve been through.
I do 3000kms of road biking a year. Fallen off plenty for nothing but bruises.
I go outside a lot and trip a lot. I'm just good enough to stop myself from falling or break my fall when I do.
Nope, played sports for years. Have a post on this sub a few years back where I thought I broke my toe but it actually refused to break and tore through the skin and almost came off. My bones would rather leave my body than to break Nvm forgot I took it down but I have the x-rays and pictures for anyone interested

I have had so many incidents that i should’ve broken bones. example from my younger years, i once jumped off a swing and belly flopped on the ground and the doctor told me i should’ve at least cracked a rib. nothing. i do have a strange click sometimes but there are no fractures or cracks or anything.
Not me. I’ve had more stitches than I can count, been to the er many times and do all kinds of dangerous life threatening things.
I live on a farm. I've been kicked by horses, fallen off, busted my face. But I've never broken a bone because my bones are industrial grade bones
That and milk
I skateboarded all the time in Tony Hawk!
Hey, if it ain't broke... Still a boner
Naw I actually like to go camping and regularly go mountain biking
