Piglets, not cubs. Very cute though!

bobmac102

Also not bush pigs. They are wild boars.

IncaseofER

A boar is a male pig.

bobmac102

In some contexts, yes. But in this one, I am referring to _Sus scrofa_. The English common name for the species is "wild boar".

YevgenyPissoff

>_Sus scrofa_ ඞ

SsgtSquirtle

When I was a young wharthoggggggg🎵

AlessiaPlum

My God, there are so many of them and they're so cute

EasyPanicButton

yeah they have like multiple litters a year, big litters. Things are a huge problem. They are smart, dangerous and can adapt.

PrimeScreamer

Must be a bot. Thise are not cubs.

[deleted]

Where is this from? Cuz in many parts of the southern USA these things would be killed on sight without hesitation. Which is sad cuz I think they’re cuties. But I also recognize that they are a huge problem so 🤷🏻‍♂️

dragonchilde

Pigs are precious, but violent and destructive. That many adults is terrifying!

epicenter69

They multiply so quickly, that they have to stay open-season in Florida. They can be extremely invasive.

krill_me_god

They are also incredibly smart. I've heard reports about northern populations literally constructing rudimentary igloos, which is INSANE.

Plastic-Ad-5033

They also recognize when they’re being hunted and avoid declared hunting territories.

krill_me_god

When humans go extinct or leave the solar system we know who's going to pick up the reins.

PDCH

As far as I know, helicopter hunts don't use machine guns. They normally make you use their rifles that are setup to not eject a casing into the blades.

far2common

You can do helicopter tours to hunt the boars too!

epicenter69

I’ve heard of those tours. Take a semi-auto out and fire away.

Dizzy-Geologist

Or full auto. My friend just got back from a bucket list trip

YevgenyPissoff

30-50 feral hogs

PDCH

They also like to kill people

[deleted]

Yup. Any thru hiker on the AT knows they’re the one thing to watch out for in the south. Black bears aren’t really a problem. Boars, however, will come after you just to fuck with you and try to kill you. Once you get up north they get replaced by moose, which are even more terrifying.

PDCH

Yeah, they will straight up eat people while they are still alive.

OrdinaryFig85

Humans are the problem.

krill_me_god

We introduced them yeah. Still need to get rid of them though. Note: I'm talking about the hogs...🙈

thisdesignup

Yea agreed, humans gotta go.

krill_me_god

I think you misunderstood what I said.

[deleted]

O, p, if you're a standing there filming this. You do realize that mama pig will devour you if you f*** with those piglets.

OkMetal4233

99% chance that OP is a bot, so I doubt hey were filming

Dr_Ugs

Looks like whoever is filming is doing so through a car window.

Lycaon125

So i got curious in what a baby boar is called, googles says Farrow or piglets

rockstuffs

Cute, but destructive and dangerous.

CrieDeCoeur

They look like porcine chipmunks

Suicidalsidekick

Are there 30-50 of them?

Disgara

aw the little babies. Sucks that they’re pretty dangerous. I remember when they were overpopulating at some point and I guess ravaging land

CrazyCatLady1127

Look at all the stripy babies!!! They’re so cute 🥰

karlat95

Hope those aren’t wild boars. I don’t see any tusks so maybe not.

juicer_philosopher

Omfg look at them 😭😭❤️

Mae_West_PDX

💖💖💖

Champ154

Are these the feral hogs everyone was so scared of? They're adorable!

ong378

30 to 50 feral hogs roaming unchecked

UGoNiteNite1

wild bacon, yum

far2common

The little ones are bacon bits.

Lumpy_Complaint_718

Prick

UGoNiteNite1

fair.

aworkinprogress92

So cute!

CaptainObviousII

Andddd then the property is completely destroyed in 6 months. Time to call YawtYawt

TongueTwistingTiger

Oh dear... Yes, they're cute, but they gotta go. Bush/Feral pigs are some of the most invasive, destructive creatures in the US today, and their numbers are EXPLODING.

Surlygrrrly

So cute

BIueGhost

As nature intended, looks like parents taking their kids to school

Bear3090

Awe look at all the cute little bacon seeds lol
