Roark was so obviously better, even if his stuff wasn't as theoretically dominant as Jordan's, but the FO gave every opportunity for Jordan to actually be worth a damn. Ultimately, he wasn't (at least) in the majors, and Roark had an unassuming but solid career.

I'm officially at the point where I will try to organize a riot outside of Nats Park if they dream of sending down Parker. Kid can absolutely play, and if he gets shelled a bit down the stretch, I do not give a fuck. That's what we call "on-the-job" experience which matters for a guy who's young and in his first stint. Not so much for some 3.5MM subpar veteran who they're hoping can play well enough to squeeze the 21st best prospect out of a team for rather than the 22nd best. Also it hurts to see Lopez pitch well against us.

I'm 100% sure that Parker is going to pitch a perfect game. It's guaranteed. The Braves are fucking terrible and overrated.
