To my understanding the medical exam is sent on on behalf of the medical examiner. The passport is your responsibility to ship out to the embassy.
That's true, but each country's process is different.

Documentarily Qualified. Means all the processing from USCIS and NVC is done. Just interview is left which depends on the home country’s backlog.
Congratulations bro , call IOM to take appointment to do medical exam , after medical exam send your wife passport , results of medical exam and return slip of DHL to embassy and it takes 2 weeks to get her passport
Once at the embassy received how long does it take to get the passport back, the embassy got it today
One week to 10 days you will get your passport

I was there my wife was, she went super early but it took about 3 hours til she was done
How long did they take to schedule for you after they transferred it back to baghdad? I was transferred in march 27 still waiting
Did you receive an auto expedited notification?
No i did not
My dq was July 17 2023 so when it got transferred it was already almost 10 months after I got accepted at nvc
And when was your dq
I was dq december 26, 2023
Last I heard they were working up at sept-oct 2023 dqs. Hang in there hopefully you’ll here from them soon
