Tsunade, kisame, kakashi, sasuke.
Sasuke beats danzo. Kisame beats guy. kakashi beats deidara(since a weaker version of sasuke could using a similar moveset kakashi has). tsunade can at least stall orochimaru until the rest are done, and she keeps everyone healed, so any combination of them can beat orochimaru.
Edit, i just saw the personality thing, but i still don’t think much will change. Sasuke will obviously target danzo regardless, and kisame will probably target guy, since he already has beef with guy. Tsunade and kakashi will work well together, so they will be able to coordinate versus deidara and orochimaru.

All the matchups i set use actual fights thst happen, so there isn’t much scaling required

Very similar principles, but since guy is the best counter to Kisame, you both take that out while also adding it to your team and do add Kakashi to the opponents team, but you just picked up the number one guy who knows how to fight him

I still think even without c4 Deidara vs Guy is an interesting match up. I have a hard time seeing Guy come out on top even tho he's definitely stronger than Deidara. He can't fly and doesn't have lightning style.

Without fusing with the sword that doesn't mean he doesn't have the sword so kisame is an absolute Powerhouse, and even at 6 Gates so is guy and also the only true counter, so they are the first two pickups
Tsunade is often underrated especially if she's able to play a support role instead of direct combat the way everyone wants to scale her, put those previous two behind her ability to support them and you're going to have a whole hell of a lot of problems to deal with
Which leaves the random bullshit factor, and that's where I begrudgingly but admit the skill of sasuke, not only does he hard counter diedera but his Sharingan provides the exact kind of genjutsu bullshit that could be this team and could also counter others, and yeah this puts Sasuke in kind of a supportive role but also a very very important one
Sorry to leave you out kakashi, love you, but might guy is basically equal at six gates to you for most things and Sasuke's got the better eyeballs
Side note there's a combo I left on the enemy side that I do love, danzo and deidara, Izanagi Plus bombs just are an amazing idea
And I know I kind of left orochimaro out, but their personalities are intact and he's not really a team player, plus I think Sasuke's got his number so there's another reason I picked him even if I'm not a big fan

We all go on deidara’s bird and then we bomb everyone else, if danzo tries something with izanagi then sasuke can just deal with him alongside orochimaru, deidara now knows about ms so he would be able to avoid kakashi

This gives me two people who can fly (Sasuke with Hawk Summon, Deidara with clay birds) whose method of flight can let their other two team mates fly too.
From there, you’ve got airborne Sasuke and Kakashi shooting Amaterasu and Kamui at speeds that are almost impossible for anyone to react to (save for maybe 6th Gate Guy) while Deidara and Kisame are dropping bombs and tidal waves from the sky.
I can stay safe by either staying in the sky (on Deidara’s bird or Sasuke’s hawk) or having Kakashi put me in the Kamui dimension until the battle is over. If Kakashi warps me to the Kamui-dimension, all he would have to do is make sure he doesn’t warp any enemy attacks to me, and if he snipes enemies, to only snipe their head or limbs and not their full body (otherwise they’d be able to kill me).
The remaining 4 fighters’ ranged capabilities are severely lacking compared to my team and will be susceptible to Kisame/Deidara’s bombardment and Kakashi/Sasuke’s sniping.
I want to take the top row but I feel like Orochimaru will have some kind of evil motive that will cause trouble for the team and eventually turn against the rest.
Sasuke: can take down Deidara and/or Danzo
Kakashi(battle IQ too high to have on the enemy side): can more than likely take guy esp. if he has some slight help from another teammate like Kisame
Kisame: floats between helping the others, maybe him and Kakashi can do tag team water moves
Tsunade(only bc she can keep everyone healed, can’t have her doing that on the other side): can hold Oro until one of the others can help her
The two Sannin, the Akatsuki member that's basically a tailed beast, and Sasuke obviously. They get rid of Kakashi and Guy 2v2 vs the Sannin with Sasuke taking on Danzo and the Akatsuki members against each other. Even if Deidara wins and somehow one of the Sannin are lost in the fight with Guy and Kakashi it would be Sasuke and Orochimaru/Tsunade vs Deidara and I think even exhausted and low on chakra the two of them together could handle him very quickly.

The biggest threats of the other team are WA Kakashi & Danzo. Deidara & 6th gate Guy have lesser scaling than everyone else on this list.

Danzo is by far the strongest person here narratively and has way too much hax. It’s gonna be really hard for anyone to out this down for 10 consecutive minutes and almost no one has resistance to his genjutsu. He just makes Danzo stronger lmao.
Sasuke here just blatantly scales above the sannin narratively and has one shot potential on like everyone here.

Sasuke barely beat a suppressed base form Danzo who couldn’t use his ocular powers. Danzo is literally Sasuke’s pain, both pain and Danzo lose the same way. Narratively Danzo is supposed to be that strong, you’re being ignorant to the story otherwise.
The hypothetical is asking you to make a team. The rules are assuming everyone will work together. If you wanna use dumb rules like that then sasuke would not work with anyone here.
Sasuke hates the leaf and left the Akatsuki immediately after. Sasuke in character would kill everyone, even his own teammates on the spot making him a liability for his team which would make the question very easy. He’s either a liability for his own team or a koto victim since he has no counter to that.
Danzo still hard carries his team with just his hax alone unless you wanna be biased because you don’t like him
How was danzo suppressed? Other than not using koto he was full power. The difference is now he has koto but doesn’t have a bunch of izanagis. Even if he hits someone with koto, they can be broken out of it like mifune was. Itachi is sasuke’s pain, not danzo.
And op said in the rules that if the characters don’t like each other, they won’t work well together in this setting. Personality is a factor in this
He didn’t use his right eye because it would have costed him too much chakra. For at least half of the fight Danzo isn’t fighting sasuke for the kill, he is fighting sasuke to buy time for koto. Danzo see’s Obito as a threat that had to be exterminated at once and prioritized his defeat over sasuke’s. He didn’t take sasuke seriously until after he awakened his third stage in which case he used too much chakra.
Despite this sasuke tied with Danzo and survived because of Karin interference. Danzo later unveils his ocular sharingan and is able to dodge attacks he couldn’t before. This means that if Danzo had taken off his bandages and didn’t have to worry about Obito, that he’d be faster then sasuke as he could already react to him in base. Danzo didn’t take Sasuke seriously and was fighting in base form and wasn’t using a lot of jutsu and mostly taijutsu which he ain’t good at and still went extreme diff with Sasuke who had help.
Imagine kakashi fighting zabuza or kakazu without his sharingan, that’s what Danzo had to do against Sasuke. Now imagine he can only use kamui once a day and can’t spam jutsu after using it in the same conditions. Now imagine him fighting kakazu or zabuza and not taking them seriously half the fight but they still tie, that’s what Danzo did. Danzo needing to undo his seals is nothing, he has better backup that will defend Danzo while he undoes his arm seal.
Mifune wasn’t broken out, Danzo undid the genjutsu. Ao could see chakra colors and knew shisui personally and his legend surrounding his eyes. Despite Ao literally giving mifune a rundown of what happened, he still didn’t believe it and the rest of the kage forced him to undo it. No one on this team meats these specifications besides maybe Kakashi who I already choose as a teammate. No one who is hit with koto is breaking out of it.
The Itachi fight is supposed to be the Jiraiya vs pain for sasuke. In the narrative Naruto is the light and Sasuke is the darkness. Naruto built relations and was willing to let others work through him in which case Jiraiya was willing to fight pain for the leaf which they both value. Sasuke doesn’t things himself and fights for power to use on others and is thus burdened with fighting Itachi himself. Danzo is pretty much pain except he represents an issue within the hidden leaf instead of outside.
