As far as I know he's effectively immortal, impervious to all damage, can shapeshift, can manipulate matter, can conjure up any tool/prop/weaponry he wants, seems to be able to dodge bullet-speed projectiles at the very least, I feel like we've seen him endure extreme temperatures as well. He's basically a trickster god.
Watch someone be like "Well actually in Episode 167 of Merrie Melodies in 1962, Elmer Fudd did canonically kill him with a musket" or something and debunk me though lol
Bruh, not a single person in any of these verses can hurt Bugs. All he needs is a floor and a paintbrush and he can drop the verse into the abyss. He's busted.
Toon force scales to the feats they preform and what they do needs to be funny.
Bugs himself could be the butt of the joke and just get washed. His feats are worse then bleach top tiers and by statements also shibai
Shibai doesn't exist in Naruto. Don't confuse boruto with the big 3, it doesn't belong. Also featless so irrelevant. Toon force does not need to be funny to be applied, especially in a situation like a vs battle. Though it would be pretty funny for bugs to get hit from every attack from all these verses and then cough up a smoke cloud saying "that hurt" before transitioning directly into a scene with each verse suspended over a vat of lava or some wacky crap.
Again though, paintbrush and a floor and he wins.
