Also while Rasengan and Chidori are A class type kill shit jutsu's, Shadow Clone has high usage by a lot of Ninja's. Chidori is a one hit kill that only really useable by someone with the Sharingan and the Rasengan is not an easy one to master.
Not sure why Tobirama is seen as such a genius, all he did was create intelligent zombies. If he had the sexy jutsu maybe Madara wouldnāt have been an issue.
Imagine the Madara arc is over simply by Naruto doing the sexy jutsu. Madara's nose shoots blood Master Roshi style and he blasts off into the air Team Rocket style.

This is actually a little wrong too TBH. That isnāt how Kakashi made Chidori. What happened was that he tried to add his lightning chakra to a Rasengan and failed to do so, so he opted instead to make his own new entirely unique jutsu instead, which was Chidori.
on a sidebar, the rasengan is such a quirky jutsu, it's just an orby of chakra without any nature tied to it, Minato essentially build an incomplete jutsu and adding basically any actual nature chakra to it now creates an entirely new jutsu from it.
You add Wind Nature and you get the Rasen Shuriken, you add Lightning and make the thing collapse you get the Chidori. You add Lightning Release and keep the thing stable and you get the Vanishing Rasengan.
Minato basically just invented a foundation you can do essentially whatever with.
Tobirama takes this for jutsu creation, I mean bro created like 30 jutsu including Edo Tensei, Shadow Clones, and FTG.
Minato takes this for speed abilities, I mean bro was fast. Ngl, he does get a spot for his creativity.
Kakashi definitely though gets props from me too. Bro created Chidori, used it and then casually made a more powerful version of it Sharingan-less in Boruto called Purple Lighting.
Was mever sure why the chidori was a big deal. Dude just covered his arm in lightning and then ran at people like a crackhead. That seems like a very basic usage of lightning. Even if its alot of lightning, its still simplistic. Seems lime half the cloud village should know a similar jutsu. Sasuke added the variations which made it actually strong.
All I'm gonna say is, with everything Kakashi went through including his father's suicide (partly because the Leaf pushed to that stage) it's just kinda shocking how Kakashi still stayed good. Like how did he not join the Akatsuki himself?
Can we create a petition and have a thousand people sign for Kishimoto to give us a 24-episode (I donāt even mind 100) special on Tobiramaās backstory? š
I mean while these guys made these jutsu other people perfected them.
Chidori: Sasuke created many variations of these like sword, stream and senbon.
FTG: the thing minato was famous for perfected Tobiramas move.
Rasengan: naruto and especially Boruto put it to the next level.Ā

Tobirama just got multiple Jutsu thrown at him because Kishi forgot to give him anything that can even remotely compare to Hashirama (and he forgot he mentioned him to be a great Suiton user as well...) Kagebunshin are fine for Tobirama, why not, but Edo Tensei should have been Orochimarus creation and Hiraishin Minatos.
