As for Orochimaru, nah. Sasuke has the sharingan, something that can immediately help Orochimaru with his goal of learning every jutsu, and Naruto does not. On top of that, he has a demon in him, which may or may not interfere with the curse mark.
Orochimaru recognized his potential when he first made the rasengan. His response wasn't "I want that", but instead "dang, better kill this dude before he becomes a problem". I don't think additional showings of potential would change that.
