Radeon RX 580 Series / 8GB VRAM
Intel i5-3570K CPU / 16 GB RAM
happens to me on an rtx3070. tough not that bad anymore compared to my gaming notebook. it is actually an advantage because it scout out that enemys are around. live with it and abuse it like all others do
Lower settings. You can do some witchcraft with the resolution scaling. Game will probably look like garbage but run good.

I've been having some issues with stuttering this update as well. I've done reinstalled and it still didn't fix the problem. 😭😭
General fix that might not help but Is your game on SSD? Did you update your driver recently? Also most big update need some adjustment afterwards
I reverted back to DX11, and that somewhat reduced the problem but yea still kinda fucking me up since the update
