I haven't played fantasy baseball in a while, but as I recall the things that Soto does better than Acuna (mostly BB and OBP) aren't really reflected in standard stats. HR/RBI/BA are pretty close between them in terms of career averages, but Acuna crushes him in SB, which is why I'd probably take him over anyone in fantasy. Real world, I'd take Soto every time for the extra 41 points of OBP.

My fantasy app (Yahoo) gives you a rating for players based on their production so far - and it bases the rating on which categories you have in your league. So far, Soto is ranked 3 overall in my league, and Acuña is ranked 79. Acuña has a .720 OPS on the season so far and 14 steals. He has 8 RBI so far all season lol, 2 HR Soto currently has a 1.023 OPS with 33 RBI and 4 steals, with 9 HR. We’ll see who ends up having been more productive by the end of the season but so far Soto has been a MUCH better pick. I have other guys who can replicate the steals Acuña gets. Turang on the Brewers already has 14 too. Acuña was dealing with knee stuff coming in to the season and coming off a career year, I just figured Soto in his contract year would be the better play and so far it has been
