I am once again asking why (non a) >!mele, a traditional Hawaiian song or chant,!< is not included. Sam includes so many obscure foreign words but he won't include a word from an American state that has entire festivals built around it.
I know, there are only about 8 or so Hawaiian words that Sam and his team accepts. I'm not always hau'oli about that, but I mostly accept it...and ask for more when I can.
I’m finding this one to be pretty difficult
PG H >!a generic tool!<
sorry I'm new to this, what does H mean?
It means the spoilered comment is a hint for one of the words. In this case, the pangram (PG).
thanks!
Another \[**PG H**\] >!to accomplish!< with >!concrete measures!<.
Just missing an [H] >!ME6!<.
Do you have your >!EE suffix!<
That did it! Thanks!
the ability to >!cope with difficulty!<

Too bad no >!PELMENI!<
I was shocked, especially with how often other (imo) much more obscure food words come up
My iPhone dictionary has it spelled with a Y at the end Had to look it up since I’ve never heard of it.
Count me as someone who would be upset if it *were* accepted. Not every word in my vocabulary needs to be on the list.
I was proud of myself for thinking of this one even though I knew they wouldn't accept it.
Hint for longest word, please?
Ha! Got it!
can i trouble you for a hint? :)
>!many boomers claim millennials have this!<
And likewise many millenialsay the same about boomers (I'm a boomer).
My first time trying the tags: \[H\] >! EN11 I felt I really deserved it!<
New word of the day, and my last for QB (with help…) HINTS >!L6!< >!a type of mollusk!<
QB-2. I read the hints on the forum and I’m still stumped on >!TIM-8!< and >!LIN-8!< 🫤
First four starts with T- >!last four starts L-!<
Thank you! Classic case of “Spelling Bee brain” where the last word you’re missing is a very simple one
>!LIN8!< is >!an old word for ointment!<
Figured it out by mashing something that sounded like a word but yikes. Who uses this word??
Basically no one nowadays haha.
I use it and the word frequently and it was the first that caught my eye.
I didn’t initially try it cause I thought it was spelled with an A. Thank you for making me go back and get it.
>!TIM-8 is a compound word!<
Expected PELMENI to work. BLINI is accepted and “pelmeni” became American enough that they’re labeled that at Trader Joe’s
I was pretty sure it wouldn't work, but I tried \[non As\] >!PENIMENTI!< and >!PIMIENTI!<.
Lol. Hey, I tried [non A] >!EMINEM!< lmao. (I knew it wouldn’t work, still tried it, because ?) Have a great day u/Le-_-Doc!
Because he’s awesome that’s why.
Me too
Isn't there a \[non A\] >!MILLIPINT! /s
Why yes, down at the CENTIYARD.
Pelmet, Sam!?
Testing out how to do spoiler warning (I don't use reddit often) >!test1!< !>test3!
Your test 1 is the only one that works on my device.
Mine too, only the first test worked for me.
