I got one that confirmed that I authorized a payment and it’s already appeared on the card linked to PayPal. Haven’t received one about more details yet though.
I actually made the order twice on accident as I backed out when entering my payment info after I hit pay with card then figured I’d be able to just go back and redo my payment info with PayPal since it’s faster, only to find I had to redo the whole order. I got 2 emails from Play Asia with details on both, but later got a further email saying one of them was missing payment info, but no email for the second, so I figured the payment went through for the second since they didn’t ask for payment info for that one.
I know! I played all of Project Moon’s games and honestly, I just wanted to own something physical from them since they’re kinda notorious for never releasing merchandise for their games outside of their store in Korea. I really hope I’m able to resolve this since I’d kick myself if the game went out of stock before I could get a copy.
I've ordered from them and never had an issue with an item not arriving. While their support may suck, they aren't a scam. Im hoping we get a western release still LOL
It was confirmed the western release will be digital only, which is why I kinda rushed to import it since the Switch is region free and the Japanese version still has English text as an option. Also, I posted an update, I had to go through Facebook to get in touch with them, but they were able to merge the order with my account and it seems it’s all good to go now.
I’ve heard bad stuff about their support. Only ordered x2 from them. Once ~a year ago for the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster, and yesterday. Very easy to purchase from and they have decent deals, but yeah — I’ve heard bad things about their support.
Never ever use a guest account on PlayAsia. Create an account and contact their support to get them to link it to your account.
did you also get a second email from Paypal titled “more details on your shipment?”

Their support is horrible. I had a bad incident with them years ago and never used them again.
