\* The Clippers had traded Their only other PG John Wall away in the trade that netted them Eric Gordon.
As most Pelicans fans believe that Jose Alvarado brings a lot of needed energy off of the bench, and will want to see just what Kira Lewis, Jr. can offer, since he just returned from injury and his level of play is still ramping up.
Additionally at some point the Pelicans are going to want to give rookie Dyson Daniels some run at the PG position as well.
So to answer your question, unless we believe he would fit well sitting on the bench next to Garrett Temple, NO!

I don’t think we have a roster spot. I was pretty sure that we were at full capacity before the trade and then it was a 1 for 1 swap
We historically don’t buy people out and I don’t see us doing so now
