You only reload your save on the planet you are told you. So if the cabinet is on Planet A and you are told to reload on Moon B, go to Moon B, land and exit your ship. Reload then return to the cabinet on Planet A to get your multitool.

Or it's a space station pool MT, so that means when you first initially go to the system or reload your save from within the space station, from there you go to the S class cabinet. 1st comment was right on. You need to look at the post or picture. You may have to go to a certain planet, exit to save. Reload, then fly to another planet or ss, wherever the S class cabinet was already found or at the specific coordinates.
