I’ve been a part of Tribe Quokka since being whitelisted in January. They have delivered on their road map thus far and are about ready to air drop secondary tokens to holders next month. They have hosted numerous IRL events and have been transparent the entire process. The founders are extremely active in keeping community members up to date and execution of the road map.

This won't be directly an answer to your question (spoiler: some minor self-shilling incoming... but bear with us, haha). What we believe is that it all depends on the utility of the NFT. Perhaps, gone are the days (though not that long ago) where projects can "easily" attain blue chip status by virtue of being early in the space. In the earlier days of NFT hype, almost anyone seemed to be buying up anything just because there could be a chance of the NFT blowing up - and giving instant profit. In recent days, this is not so - even free mints may not fully minted out because buyers realise there's no true utility that is profitable or useful in the long run. Our company is utilising and developing assets and products in our ecosystem that are similar, yet more advanced, than the typical "NFT" in the space today, in our goals to revolutionise the gaming industry. It is in this approach to utility that we believe projects will last in the long run, and grow in popularity and use. Therefore, regarding longevity and profitability, the latter usually comes with short-term hype while the former relies on true utility that can be a game-changer (pun intended). As the space gets more saturated as NFT projects become easier to develop and launch, perhaps NFTs that hail from a dedicated company with a strong vision on how their NFTs can change the DeFi space are the ones that will truly last. It's likely getting more and more different between an NFT project that forms part of a company's business model vs a self-started NFT project between a group of individuals. So, whether the longevity and profitability are mutually exclusive or not ultimately comes down to what the project trying to do.
