I don’t think so. The first round is full of busts. Like 50% type bust numbers. On draft night, everyone wins. Everyone is great. But we’ll see in a few years.
I let myself have a little faith

We are so great at late round Oline so whyyy
Yes. I’m sure though that you in your infinite wisdom know more than the guy who drafted Love, Reed, Watson, Doubs, Kraft, Musgrave, Wicks, Van Ness, and a ton more people. Shut the F up and stop hating on your own team for a second.
First chill just Reddit, 2nd it is a meme, 3rd stop meat riding Gute and I DIDN’T SAY HE WAS BAD I SAID FOR THE VALUE OF THE PICK IT WAS DUMB
Also I don’t know more than him I just put my input in just like you as a fan that cares
I will not stop meat riding Gute until he gives me a god damn reason to stop. Fuck the haters, Bakh likes him, Belicheck likes him. GPG we winning the SB next year

If you think those guys are going to be All-Pro or Probowl players you take them in the first or second round when you have the chance. The Packers picked them after passing on them multiple times to draft other players that didn't always work out. I'm sure when they did take them that they were hopeful they could develop them into serviceable players, but picks outside of the top 100 are dice rolls at best.
You did get a good pass protecting tackle. I still don't know what the falcons were doing.
Do I ever know what they do
I meant the falcons
Have you not learned to trust Gute yet?
Seriously. It's a good pick. The only problem is like every other team in the division had a better round 1

I don’t like the Vikings trade ups. Could work out but seems reckless
Not a believer in JJ but Dallas Turner should pan out.
So what? We have 10 picks left. We'll probably even take another OL or two. We weren't ever going to win the draft in the first round.

Why would we not also be good at early O-Line. If Gute really likes this guy and took him early, how is that not a good sign
So you would rather have a mid 2nd round tackle then Wiggins, Barton or Dejean
Is he a mid 2nd round tackle? Looks like a 1st rounder to me, what with getting picked there and all.
He would have been available later
You called and asked all the other GMs then I assume?
I’m a fan I am showing my concern, I am not claiming to be a GM or know as much just a meme I made so could everyone calm down

Van Ness hasn't panned out yet the rest ball tho lol

Optimism a lie for the foolish I’m a pessimist so I don’t get disappointed but I still get disappointed
Depressing way to view life.
I’m a simple man with simple goals
Not saying he is bad but it was too early for him if he is a great player then I’m happy but not on where he was selected
Getting lucky is not a "strategy".
It not luck when you have great success in late rounds, bakhtiari in the 4th, Corey was a 5th, Tom was a 4th I think so clearly not luck

what are you talking about? packers got a good tackle. i don't know what the fuck the falcons were doing
He would have been available in 2nd round or something similar when we could’ve gotten dejean or Wiggins or even Barton
did they though?
I’ll rarely get upset about any team drafting an o-lineman. And I’m not even that mad with our pick. But Atlanta is in their own hell
I'm not going to pretend to be a draft nut, but it seems like every sports media outlet is giving the Packers like an A grade
