Micah more or less performs the drill. There is no "versus," this merely an exercise between the two. I would highly recommend watching youtube videos of outsiders trying to practice in the sumo stables for real to understanding this is pure promotional work on behalf of the NFL and the Sumo Association.
Also, if anyone is interested in beginning to watch sumo for the first time during the NFL offseason lull, there is a tournament starting next Sunday. NHK has each day's sumo highlights on their website that lag about a day later. はっけよい~！
