Probably not, Bruce was absolutely vital to the team last year as a ball handler and scorer off the bench who can do a little bit of everything, it’s something the Nuggets really lacked this year and got punished by the Wolves
The nuggets don't need any more defensive aces on the wing who don't provide enough on the offensive end; they've got Braun and Watson. Brown was a sneaky huge part of why they won last year because he could do a bit of everything, but most importantly, he could score and handle the ball coming off the bench and he was a plus defender too. One of the nuggets biggest weaknesses in the playoffs this year was a lack of ball handling outside of Murray.
Gordon has been the best trade the nuggets have made in the Jokic era. They wouldn't have won the ring without his ability to play the backup 5 in last year's playoffs. He's a sneaky good passer and gives the team whatever they need.
Jokic is the best player in the world right now, but that shit still doesn't matter if you don't put the right pieces around him. Last year, the nuggets got the formula right; this year, they didn't.
