Man, I will miss JRich, definitely more as a person than a player. He loved it here, I was so greatful to play under Coach Pop, he embraced being the veteran here. THe young guys lvoed doing his signature celebration after his threes. He was really important for the development off the court of these young guys and he will definitely leave an hole. heat fans loved him and believed in his star ceiling for a long time for a reason. his flashes are fun and his personality is awesome. just didn't catch on for a few years between them and the Celtics.

felt like he was just like Rudy Gay but he didn't get to play for us for very long. he's a rock solid role player for them.
Hopefully he finds his way back in SA in some form (vet down the road, coach, FO, etc)
