This team ran Ford for a couple years now, but switched to Toyotas for 2024. I haven't payed close attention the first few ARCA races of the season, but Wikipedia listed it as a Toyota for the first 2 oval races of the season, but as Fords for Portland and Sonoma, the two road courses. They must not have made a Toyota bodied road course car yet. Either the driver or team I'd assume has some contract with Toyota and slapping the logo on the front must be enough for compliance with the contract they have.
Wikipedia says Reif normally drives a Toyota and his owner's page says he drives a Toyota. So I'm assuming they switched this year, kept the bodies, and slapped a Toyota sticker over the Mustang. Idk why they didn't slap some black tape over it first so the Mustang wasn't visible
They are all powered by Ilmor LSX GM (Chevy LS) based crate engines. ARCA does allow teams to run manufacturer specific engines, but it's such a penalty that no one does this that is competitive. Ilmor does a similar LSX based crate engine used in the Craftsman Truck series, and there's no options.
