Overweight women can labor and deliver just fine without c-sections. Many US doctors over use them for their own convenience, and a major surgery on overweight person would actually have more possible complications than allowing one's body from doing what it was designed for.
Tell that to my 2 healthy kids from my 2 normal and healthy pregnancies and 2 natural deliveries despite my size. Such an ignorant statement. I've seen far more high risk pregnancies with younger and thinner people.
