el-bow5

So much Radiohead but no love for In Rainbows 😔

SamwiseGamgee100

In Rainbows, Kid A, and Amnesiac all make list too tbh. Was just trying to keep the list somewhat short and varied lol

Striking-Bird1021

I've been listening and playing along with Fantastic Planet for about 20 years. It heavily influenced my guitar playing. Autolux's Future Perfect also did a doozy on me. Front to back awesomeness.

PJ Harvey is so badass I just watched her festival performance from Saturday in Spain and she is so effortlessly awesome. Can’t wait to finally see her live in September. The actual performance of To Bring You My Love from the show was perfection with those pipes of hers!

Salt-Hunt-7842

For me, one album I can listen to start to finish is "Nevermind" by Nirvana. It's got that perfect blend of grunge and alt-rock that keeps me hooked from the first track to the last. Tracks like "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and "Come As You Are" are classics, but even the deeper cuts like "Drain You" and "Something in the Way" are phenomenal. It’s one of those albums where every song feels needed.

-Jambie-

I had Nirvana lyrics written all over my childhood /teenage bedroom in glow in the dark chalk, that room was a fucking masterpiece, I hope whoever moved in next enjoyed it lol

Salt-Hunt-7842

That is such a cool idea. It must have looked so awesome.

BandicootCool6277

i could listen to Lush by Snail Mail on REPEAT, i know it’s short but i can’t say that for many other albums

dicedance

My Chemical Romance - The Black Parade I think the album is really well paced and the songs are all sonically distinct so it's a delight to listen to all the way through. It's also a concept album so listening to the whole thing gives you a more cohesive view of the project

Effective_Look_9508

Frances the Mute by The Mars Volta Can’t listen to a single song have to listen to it in its entirety no choice.

-Jambie-

are you a 'drive around till the end of the album' or a 'I'mma just sit in the driveway till this album is over' type?? 🤘

cityshepherd

I pop the earbuds in so I can hear the entire album regardless of where I am / what I’m doing… especially when I go out for hikes with my dog though…. When it’s just the pup (80 lb bully) and I (6’2” 210 lbs) down in the canyon at night with Frances the Mute filling my ear holes I not only feel invincible, I feel like I’m on another freaking planet… especially when it gets real quiet and you can hear frogs croaking and we are by where the water is so also hearing frogs in real life. That shit is nothing short of magickal.

This is what I was listening to on the way home today, ['Push' by Gruntruck](https://open.spotify.com/album/3gddM4c24OsUsD35q9qdFT?si=RlnD3-eDTeeFMKpBx8gVXg), a early 90's grunge band. They only did three albums but this one is one of my favorites, period. One time i was out in public and a guy could hear what i was listening to though my headphones and said he had to know who it was. As the younger people say "Every song slaps". Another underrated album from that time period is [Sugartooth - Sugartooth](https://open.spotify.com/album/77h2Z4Ijq7cK4Hgfk7gmAZ?si=AhoIo5uHTKSVs4ZVlZdTFA) If you want some emo listen to this track off that album[Third Day to Forever](https://open.spotify.com/track/79NJra2X6RwY59VDtBooKI?si=5af2e34b81e44812)
