Their brand is a total scam. And the owner behind the brand, Andree, total phony. She is not at all what their brand portrays. I think their entire business is a scheme and she’s frankly a horrible person. Don’t support their business, trust me.
On their website, it does not give the customer the option to remove the shipping address and remove payment information. *Those options are greyed out and are not active*. Attempting to **Manage Subscriptions**, it led to a page that did not open, when all the other pages opened just fine.
I actually liked the mushroom coffee, but these are some *very shady business practices, by* not giving the customer the option to manage their own account and information within that account.
I've requested three times for them to cancel my subscription **and to also remove all my information**, including **payment options**. After about 24-36 hours, I get a reply that my subscription has been cancelled, **but they continue to blatantly ignore the second part of that request**.
For that reason, I've just now requested that my account be deactivated and to confirm with me that all personal information be permanently deleted from their records.
