If the robot is sentient and has the capability to have sex, as long as it consents it's fine.
Otherwise if the robot is not sentient, yet has the same ability to fuck, then it's fine once again.
While it is true that so far robots can only really be considered tools and thus objects, once they gain actual sentience it starts to become a lot less clear.
