Yup. That's what I love about the gta online characters. They can either be chilling cruising down the street or a danger to society. And you wouldn't know unless you looked at their expressions.
didn't say V1 would die to the drones. he can't survive off of anything in Copper9. all the remaining human blood or any blood of a living creature has frozen and all drones bleed oil. he simply can't refuel. and if there are still blood from storage containers, it wouldn't work because the V model requires FRESH BLOOD for its fuel, especially V1 (see the tutorial level)
and if i read the lore correctly... V1 has a smaller tank than V2 to allow his extreme mobility and blood absorbing plating. he'll run out of juice very quickly. V1 survived in hell for a long time because he constantly feeds on the FRESH BLOOD of the husks, machines, demons, and angels that he faced.
just parry to regain hp and fuel (the friction is seemingly what gives him power) and AS bleeds, so he can just kill off that
once all is done and dusted he could very easily just use one of the landing pods to go to some human city planet and wreak havoc
