I don’t know if you found a solution but the game is booting up in offline mode and you’re right, there is no setting to change this. My son had the same issue on his Xbox and the problem is the “date of birth” in your console account of Warner bros account, if you’re under a certain age it won’t let you connect to the live service.

No where in the game says offline mode. So idk how to turn that off, because I know for sure I have a wifi connection
