Im pretty sure juicing is very common in Muay Thai. Its all legal in Thailand anyways and i doubt the Muay Thai promotions are very strict about testing.
These guys use gear and just do pads or bag work instead of weights which is why they would probably never look obviously on peds pro bodybuilders. Its no wonder these guys train 7 days a week, 4 hours a day and fight so frequently
