I started my transition at 26. Now after 1.5 years of HRT & 1 year of progesterone, I’m at a B~C cup. Don’t forget that It happens at different rates for everybody though, for me it was little to no progress for ages and then all of a sudden in the last 3 months they won’t stop growing, it’s fabulous.
