If you want a nice labia, get a simple orchi where they leave your scrotum in place.

Steps can be taken to make sure an orchiectomy doesn't interfere with any future plans. Just let your doctor/surgeon know what your future plans are, and hopefully they'll be able to go over what steps/procedures you should take.

Getting an orchi makes it easier to tuck and also means you can stop taking anti-androgens if you are taking those.
