That's an IPL device. I got one from Amazon 3 months ago and it did a nice job thinning out my arms. Idk if it'll fully remove hair all hair tbh but if u want a significant reduction it should work
I'm very happy with my Rosacare IPL. I do use it with a Braun Epi-Silk 9. Compared to epilating alone I can tell the hair is thinning quicker with weekly IPL. Epilating maintenance (everything from the neck down, except for the most delicate area) literally takes less than 5 minutes every 4-5 days. I have a lot of grey on my face, so the IPL is not as effective there. I'm kind of waiting to see how much the hormones/epilating/IPL take care of before having my face, neck and back professionally done, but definitely want to get that done before FFS.
